My experience with Suleiman over the past 10 years or so has been on the total project management and being responsible for the construction works/major renovations on the following three investment properties and my house, all in central Toronto.

- 127 Brunswick Ave, (total renovation of a four storey Victorian era townhouse)

- 48 Albany Ave, (remodelling of the main and lower ground floor flats)

- 72 Alcorn Ave, (major remodelling in my house of main and second floor and washroom work)

- 177 Concord Ave, (total renovation and new extension of a four storey Victorian era semi)

Trustworthy - This is of particular importance to me as I'm abroad extensively and the works continue under his supervision whether it's regarding obtaining building permits or construction works. As such it's absolutely critical for me to have total trust.

Knowledge - He knows how to deal with obtaining institutional permits and inspectors, has the requisite technical knowledge and knows how to best source materials and sub-contractors.

Technical Team - He has access to a wide range of specialists and general builders with whom he has worked.

Follow Up - He is always available for the necessary follow up for any teething problems requiring remedial works. As with the first heading, this is of particular importance to me because of my extensive travels abroad.

Finally, I would state the obvious, namely that I would not have given him multiple projects over a period of many years, had he not been reliable and efficient at his work.

In January 2017, my wife and I purchased our dream home in Oakville.  We had never renovated a home before and were feeling apprehensive and somewhat overwhelmed at the prospect of managing numerous contractors.  

To our surprise, we had the pleasure of working with Suleiman Warwar and the Design Build Management team to manage our renovation.  DBM treated our home with the same level of care and respect as if it were their own.

Suleiman and his team have completed several projects for us over the years.  His team is passionate and dedicated to customer service and quality workmanship.  He ordered and installed new garage doors and a new solid wood front door for us.  When there was an issue with the new handle for the front door, he immediately came up with a temporary solution to ensure it was usable until the new door handle arrived.  To keep our home office out of sight, he installed beautiful french doors that let in the light while allowing for privacy.  Suleiman is a pleasure to work with and his workmanship is exceptional.

DBM did a fantastic job completing a large, complicated ensuite bathroom renovation project for us. The reno included building and finishing an over sized steam shower with large format tiles on the walls and floor and custom cabinetry throughout the space. Plans called for moving the toilet across the room - expertly done with minimal disruption of the house. Suleiman and his crew were competent, courteous and dependable. We really appreciated the steps Suleiman took to get the job done as quickly as possible while patiently dealing with all of our requests. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Suleiman and his crew have done an amazing job in our basement renovation , it was a big job as it was finished very poorly from before we acquired our home and needed full demolition then started fresh. It is a huge basement and the scope of work was big, demolition, wiring, water pipes, new electric panel, flooring, kitchen, fix and sand the old staircase, new walls, moving water tank, as well as moving windows from one spot to others and fixing the front of the house accordingly.......

Suleiman and his staff are punctual, pleasant, honest and their quality of work sets the bar so high for any other company. 

Suleiman does his work with passion and he takes every little detail seriously, his choice of materials showed a lot of experience, knowledge and concern for my budget as well. 

After 1 and 1/2 years of finishing the renovations we had an issue with one of the light fixtures. I texted him and as usual the very same day he sent one of his staff to have a look at it and get it replaced by his company. 

I would definitely recommend DBM construction for any construction project.
